We have been regulars here for 15 years. This is by far the best chinese food you can find. Crab Rangoon, egg rolls, duck sauce, kung pao chicken, beef & brocoli, harvest beef, amazing shrimp. The list of favorites goes on & on.

After fully supporting this restaurant the last 5 years, tonight has ended my willingness to support this business. After paying almost $20 for my meal, I come home to find literally nothing in the container. Biting into the chicken, I got nothing but flavored dough. Nope, not paying $20 for dough.

I've been eating here my entire life. Family run and they're so friendly. They always ask about my family. Food is great, no other Chinese food compares.

Food was just okay but the service was good.

General Tsos is some of the best around. Sweetened Iced Black Tea is the best!

I wish I could give them no stars because that's what they deserve No refilles when asked why no refill was basically told none of our business small portions fruit attitude from the lady at from no baby changing station not very family-oriented please

Best Chinese food in York. I’ve been eating here since 1998

The woman who answered the phone was rude. Placed my order online, ordered sweet and sour chicken and it came with sauce on it, ive NEVER had to order it with sauce on the side. Food wasnt good either. Chicken was dry, my crab rangoons were missing the insides. So $40 in food and all we can eat is the white rice and egg roll.When i called the lady eas rude and told me thats how you get it. Will never order from here again and will not reccomend it

Nice clean inside, good staff. Food is just ok though. I think it was better a few years ago. Not sure what happened. However i would go back if i was in the area and hungry for Chinese food.

They have the best Chinese food in the area by far. The staff is extremely friendly. We are moving to the other side of town and will still drive the extra distance because they are the best.

Been a long time since I had any Asian food so on a recommendation we gave them a try. Food was ok, but it was lacking. I wouldn't say don't eat here. It just wasn't anything great. The lady who took our order at the counter for carryout was super nice and we didn't wait very long.

The people that work here on white st are very kind people food is costly but very very good. I had gotten the smoothie for the first time and omg it was great they use real fruit in it. Amazing guys keep up the good work.

This place is hopping on Sundays! The interior could use some updating. But the food is decent. And the prices are great.

No wait, friendly courteous service, manager was attentive, came forward to take a snapshot so our server could continue working uninterrupted. Food was tasty and fresh, all in all a 4 star experience. I will return soon.

I've been eating here for as long as I can remember. The food is amazing. Which is why they've won numerous awards for "Best Food in York." They offer a huge selection of Chinese food. The prices are very reasonable. They offer even better pricing during their Lunch Special (which is only a certain time/ hours during the day). You get an ample amount of food. The restaurant is quaint and has a good ambience. The staff are very courteous and efficient. They get to know their customers, for those of us who go frequently. It's eat in or pick up only, they do deliver through a service called Carryout Courier (there's extra fees through Carryout Courier). There is plenty of parking. Very easy to get to and find. They are closed on Mondays. There hours of service are as expected. I just cannot say enough good things about this place. Please go at least once!

Portions to small, Very pricey.

We went to Shangrila ,and had Shrimp Rolls,Pork Fried Rice, Ribs,Beef with Broccoli and Shrimp with Lobster Sauce,the food was amazing, the prices were great ,we will be going back,I highly recommend

So disappointed first time ordering from here and the last time price was way too high for the little bit of food they give not only that the rice was undercooked the general tos chicken was way overcooked and the shrimp for the shrimp and broccoli was overcooked... I love Chinese and thought I'd give this a try 😭😡

Probably the best chinese in the West York / Dover area! Usually get a craving for beef and broccoli like once a week and usually go here! Prices are good! Lunch is like $7 and dinner around $10!

The BEST GENERAL TSO' SChicken in York County. They have great egg rolls as well as the Won Ton soup . I have been coming here for the past 20 years and they still are worth the drive from Long Level to West York!

We ordered our food to go and when we got home we realized they gave us the wrong food. We had to go back with the entire order. They refused to give us a refund. They remade the entire order while we waited. They should have at least given us a refund for the food that wasn’t correct. They were rude and didn’t even offer a discount coupon or anything. I think that’s pretty unprofessional.

Positively the worst Chinese Food we have ever had. Restaurant is very pretty inside however our food was horrible. Bland, I mean No taste at all. Ordered Pork Egg Rolls were given Shrimp. Our order took over 45 minutes to get. It was terrible. Beef was thick and tough, Vegetables barely cooked, Fried Rice dull & bland, possibly explains why we were given 10 packets of Soy & Duck sauce. Expensive Dinner as well for a To-Go order. NO Combination Dinners available for Dinner only on Luncheon Menu. Pricing does not warrant amount of food, taste or service provided.

Great food for our yearly Christmas dinner.

This is not your, 'go to it because it's around the corner' chinese place. We drive 40 mins for their food, passing numerous other Chinese places because their food is THAT good. Chicken and broccoli in white sauce is to die for😍. Pork lo mein, ham fried rice, you really can't go wrong. They're closed on Mondays, made that mistake before.

Food was way to expensive for the little bit you get. First AND LAST time ever going there. Shrimp and General tos was over cooked. And rice wasn’t fully cooked. HORRIBLE

Chicken and spicy tea sauce is the best! Have yet to find another restaurant with spicy tea sauce. Staff is very friendly.

Christmas Eve very very slow service. Food served one plate at a time the whole family didn't get served together. Very disappointed.

This is probably one of the best Chinese restaurants in York City. It is the closest to authentic Chinese that you can find in the area. The menu is slightly expensive but you get plenty of food to share. When my fiance and myself eat there we get two plates and split them. The service is exceptional And Timely I would recommend to anyone
